Our project

Direct-Real-Estate.com is a website launched by friends who are owners. The principle of our concept is based on a relationship from owners to owners, without any intermediary or of agency fees.

1.1 Owners have proved the right to their property (property deed, notary deed, tax assessments), and any act attesting the free mortgage of the property on the day it was posted on the site.

1.2 We are initially a group of friends. Other friends joined the group, which explains the diversity of properties and geographical locations. The objective is to evolve in order to offer you a range of some quality products all over the world.

1.3 Each owner has the choice of prices, photos and descriptive text that are transmitted to the creators of the site. This, in the interest of mutual respect and better computer optimization.
