« SECURITY FOR THE FOREIGN INVESTORS »

Every investment realized by a foreigner in Dominican Republic is subject to official acts in the country. A notary authenticates the acts, signatures, and you are protected by a property document at your name (or at the name of your society if you want), when you buy a property, which is registered at the Lands Court.

The property is personally yours, and no Dominican associate will appear on your property titles, as that’s the case in some unsure countries.
